Welcome to 'Best View' in Atlanta's vibrant Westview neighborhood. This recently renovated home sits back from the road with views of historic Westview Cemetery and a short walk to the newly developed Westside BeltLine Trail! This centrally-located home is 5 minutes southwest of downtown Atlanta, close to many of Atlanta's best attractions such as the Aquarium, The World of Coca-Cola, Atlanta University Center Consortium, Fox Theatre, Ponce City Market, and many more. But you don't even need to leave the home to soak in one of the best views in Atlanta, a recently commissioned mural by Lacey Longino awaits you on the side of the home. Grab a blanket, glass of wine, and sit back and admire. Or better yet, get interactive with this beautiful piece of art!

There are several options for getting around in Westview . Parking is abundant and we have a driveway if you choose to drive or rent a car. Public transportation is available as well with the closest MARTA station 2 mi away at West End Station. The Beltline is nearby as well and many people choose to bike/walk or scooter on here.

House Rules

This is a neighborhood with families and working professionals, please be respectful with quiet hours from 10pm-7am daily. Trash cans should be taken to the streets for Thursday am pick up and removed afterwards. (Website hidden by Airbnb) Check-out is at 11am with a 15 minute grace period. Failure to check out by this time negatively affects our cleaners and subsequent guests. A $200 fee will be charged for late check-outs. Please do not go into the attic or basement crawl spaces as these are unfinished. We have sliding locks on the door for our guests safety. In addition, the backyard garage/shed should not be used by guests and is locked.Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)No smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage, whether accidental or intentional, may be subject to forfeiture of the security deposit pending cost to repair and/or replace. The deposit will be held 3 days before check-in and released within 5 days of check-out.
