Please read the following before booking BELLINGEN CONVERTED CHURCH. 1. NOISE / MUSIC / PARTY ** Important ** Please understand that the Bellingen Converted Church is NOT a party venue. All noise and music MUST be turned off by 10pm - we have very very sensitive neighbours. Our neighbours live here permanently and so they do have the right to expect it to be quiet during the hours of 10pm - 8am. Any complaints from the neighbours may result in immediate termination of rental, eviction and loss of all remaining monies paid. 2. INFANTS If booking infants, there is no extra charge. Please BYO portable cot. If you need a bed for your infant, please book your infant in as a child. 3. DOGS are welcomed . Barking dogs can be a nuisance to our sensitive neighbours. Please take this into consideration when choosing to bring your dog. Please ensure that you pick you your dog poo in the garden. 4. PARKING Please park your cars outside on the RHS of the driveway. There is enough room for 3 cars. 5. GUESTS The only guests allowed onto the property are the guests staying here. No unregistered guests allowed. 6. FURNITURE / BEDS No furniture or beds to be rearranged. 7. SMOKING Do not smoke anywhere in the house or on any of the balconies. Use the garden area and use the ashtray provided. Do not throw butts in our garden. 8. DEPARTING It is expected that Bellingen Converted Church is left exactly how it is given to you - clean and tidy. 9. PERSON INJURY & PROPERTY DAMAGE The host shall not be liable for(a) any personal injury or consequential damage of any nature whatsoever, however caused, that may be suffered or sustained by the guests or by any person who may be on the premises; or (b)any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever, howsoever caused to the premises. Occupants must report breakages immediately as the owner needs to replace the breakages asap. Occupants are responsible for paying for any damages/breakages. When booking the BELLINGEN CONVERTED CHURCH, you have automatically agreed to the above rules/policies Lastly The Bellingen Converted Church is our beloved home.
