Walkable to two beaches, Sebastian's or Sugar Mill restaurants. With a little more effort or a bit of hitchhiking you can hit a handful of other great dining experiences as well as farther beaches and other points of interest.
Best suited for adventurers, hikers and the like. No parking.

Avocado suite offers a cozy setting nestled into Avacodo, Breadfruit and Mango trees with long range ocean views.
Guests have access to the lower floor only which includes their room, shared bath and small deck area. There are no cooking or refrigeration facilities for this room.

Located in Apple Bay, Tortola you are walking distance to both Apple and Long Bay beaches as well as Smuggler's Cove if you are a bit more adventurous.

If you are taking a taxi, make sure it's a "small" taxi and they know you are going up a steep driveway. Our two preferred drivers are
