Lovely location just down the street from the Indian River...see it from the front yard. 5 1/2 miles to the Beach at Indiatlantic, minutes to Old Downtown Melbourne for antique shopping and wonderful restaurants. The King Center for the Performing Arts is not far either...under 7 miles!! Golfing Galore!!! Under 3 miles to Holmes Regional Medical Center, Melbourne Airport is close by and approximately 1 hour to Walt Disney world!! The wild life is plentiful in this area, too...don't forget the sea turtles nesting season starts in June.

About this home!: This beautiful home has 2 spacious bedrooms with 1 King and 1 Queen sized bed and 1 fabulous Spa Bath! Additional sleeping with a pull out bed & inflatable full size mattress.
This home was renovated with all high end materials. Beautiful solid wood cabinetry and granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Original terrazzo floors polished to a high shine...oh, and wait till you see the bath!!! Separate walk in shower and soaking tub. There is a spacious patio in the back and a large green and tree filled yard.
The living room/great room area is so inviting you won't want to leave! This home was decorated with the colors of Florida...Sand, blue skies, palms, and sunshine!! We hope you love this place as much as we do!

Age Requirement: min. age 25
The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian.

RATES ARE DETERMINED by the LENGTH OF STAY and SEASON.
Rates can be as low as $75 per night with a monthly stay!

Owner's Cancellation Policy. Absolutely NO SMOKING/ NO PETS!
50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
SNOWBIRD SEASON RENTALS: Monthly reservation cancellations- Monthly renters must cancel sixty(60) days prior to check –in. Cancellations that are made within the 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage reservation deposit..  Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least sixty (60) days prior to check-in.

This home is beautifully renovated with all the comforts of home. We only needed to bring our own food. It's blocks from the Indian River and minutes from the local beaches. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the homeowners being very responsive and for making the rental experience easy.
Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

The work put into this remodeled house will amaze you! It is beautiful, comfortable, and functional. Renting this house made our stay in Melbourne that much better. On top of that, the owners are extremely responsive and helpful. We called with a problem with the washing machine and they were over within an hour to fix it. Unbelievable service and an unbelievable rental.
