GETTING AROUND

The Oxford city centre and famous college grounds is only a 10 minute drive away and also easily accessible by bus (No. 1, 5 & 10). .Ideal for visiting one of Oxfords many attractions. Pitts Rivers Museum, Ashmoleum Museum, Carfax Tower, Museum of Art and Archaeology, Christ Church. Bodleian Library, Museum of Natural History, University of Oxford, Oxford Castle Unlocked and Christ Church Meadow to name but a few.

Arma Short Stays is a family-run business offering a variety of serviced properties in Oxfordshire close to the Oxford Business Park, Oxford city centre and Bicester Village. We offer a service ideal for business people, and those visiting Oxfordshire for leisure.

We have a great team available to find you your perfect place to stay in the right location for your reason of visit. We have several properties in the Oxford and Bicester area.

Our dedicated housekeeping team are on hand to ensure that all of our properties are ready for your arrival. All our kitchens are fully-equipped giving our guests the opportunity to cook saving them the costs of eating out. All properties boast Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels. You will also find complimentary toiletries plus tea and coffee. Properties have free parking and WiFi.

Check In: 3PM - 9PM

The keys are located in a key safe to the right of the front door. Key safe codes are confirmed after 12pm on your day of arrival. For security and insurance purposes under no circumstances are codes given out over the telephone. We therefore kindly ask that you check your email prior to arriving at the property to enable you to gain access.

House Rules

Please note the property is strictly no smoking and a maximum of no more than four guests as per part of the terms and conditions.

For the return of your respect/care bond we kindly ask if you could please leave the accommodation as found and ensure the following is adhered to:

• Report any damages prior to departures
• All used kitchen equipment is washed up and put away clean and dry
• Bag up any rubbish and leave outside the front door
• Close all windows, lock up and leave the keys back in the key box securely

Any late check outs, damages, soiled beds, missing items, evidence of pets, smoking or noise disturbance also automatically forfeits the deposit and any further costs will be deducted from your card accordingly.
