Overview

Exclusive apartment on second and upper floor in the residence, Fiore di Lume, constructed in 2004. The apartment has 2 double and 1 tripple bedroom and 2 bathrooms. From the large loggia there is a panoramic view of the sea, the flowering garden, the roofs of Algajola, Aregno Beach and the mountains. The apartment is furnished in good taste and equipped w. all modern conveniences (WiFi). The center of Algajola - a very cosy, medieval, seaside village - is only 200 metres away. In Algajola you find a supermarket, a tabac, a bakery, a number of hand-craft workshops and excellent bars and restaurants. Aregno Beach is only 400 metres away and can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. At Aregno Beach you will find a number of beach bars restaurants as well as all sorts of nautical sports. Aregno Beach is sandy, wide and more than 1 km long. In the part nearest to the village the water is relatively shallow, at the middle of the beach, facing west the water becomes deep very suddenly. This part is excellent for surfing. The furthest part ends in rocks making it ideal for snorkling. See algajola.dk

We bought the apartment in 2004 and are spending ca. 10 weeks in it ourselves every year.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

You will be met by our local caretaker at the apartment upon arrival. She will receive your final 10% payment and your deposit (800 EUR) and she will hand over the keys to you. The deposit will be returned to you upon departure provided that everything is in order in the apartment.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Maximum occupancy

The apartment is rented for a maximum of 7 persons, children and babies included.

Payment Policy

Your reservation is confirmed by bank transfer of 30% of the rental sum to the owners bank account.
2 weeks prior to arrival 60% of the rental sum should be transferred to the owners bank account.
The final 10% of the rental sum should be paid directly in cash upon arrival to the local caretaker. You should furthermore pay 70 EUR in cash for final cleaning and 800 EUR as damage deposit (cash or check) to the local caretaker upon arrival.

Refundable Damage Deposit

The damage deposit will be returned upon departure provided everything is in order.

Cancellation Policy

The 30% paid upon reservation and the 60% paid 2 weeks prior to arrival are in principle non-refundable. The owner will however refund payments made to the extent it is possible to find new renters for the cancelled period.
