1st floor has living area, dining area, and kitchen. Living area space has a 43in Smart TV with Netflix and antenna for local Chanel's. 2nd floor has bathroom, access to roof deck, and bedroom. There is a curtain for privacy. 3rd floor is the master bedroom with a skyline view. Equipped with smart lock access and nest thermostat.

Guest has access to the whole house except basement. Keypad entry.

Guest can have their space. We are always available by phone, text, email and the through the Airbnb app if any questions or concerns. We will leave all contact information in the house for guest.

We are in a great location in South Philly where it is conveniently close to center city by bus or car. We are within walking distance to Italian market and Passyunk square.

Walking, Uber, Lyft, buses, taxi, and subway are all available.

This is a small house with spiral staircases. Please be cautious.
For 7 days and more, access to washer and dryer is available in the basement but must be requested prior to check in.
