Owner will be held harmless for use of bunk beds. No standing, sitting, or leaning on countertops and tables. Guests must keep balcony doors closed while using the AC. Guests must rinse off Sand prior to entering condo. Guests must notify me within 24 hours of any cleaning, safety, or equipment issues otherwise guest will be held responsible. Wrist bands and parking pass are required to use resort amenities. No hanging clothes or towels off balcony. I provide a drying rack to use inside the condo. Please be respectful. No rough housing. No jumping from bunk beds. You must use the ladder and handle. Parents should supervise bunk beds. Owners will be held harmless for use of bunk beds We do have a ring doorbell.
