5 bedroom beauty in North Raleigh!!.. great house to have a good time for a BIG family. this house features 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 people easily and maybe more! it has a fantastic open area setup so all the family can have a great time! it also has a nice deck out back perfect for entertaining!. Guests can access the community pool which is 4 houses away

House Rules

No shoes in the house Don’t bring your own furniture unless asking for permission Do not eat on the beds (I have to charge extra if bedding is stained by food or make up) Quiet time starts at 10pm until 6am. Do not cook strong food such as curry or seafood as a courtesy to the next guest. Never smoke inside the house. if traces of smoke are found I need to charge $200 to get an ozone machine to clear the smell. I do not allow PETS. if Pets are found, the fine is $500 per pet. I don't offer refunds. Please ask me if you are unsatisfied with anything so I can fix it for you.No smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
