Please note that the garage does *NOT* come with the home. We use it for the riding lawn mower, snow blower and many tools to keep the property looking beautiful!

We are located just 5 MINUTES from Downtown Leavenworth! You'll be roaming the countless shops & restaurants in no time, yet far enough away to have your privacy. On the property, you'll also enjoy the year round propane fire pit on the front porch, BBQ, Basketball hoop, lawn games, and a creek in the backyard.

Our family has stayed in many vacation rentals and have taken something special from each one and incorporated those things into this very Exceptional home.

Our property also has plenty of space for trailers pulling snow mobiles, an RV & more!

There is a possibility that you will hear the train pass in the night (train track located across the way on other side of the street). It hasn't bothered anyone, but I thought I should mention it anyway.

*Any additional (un-accounted) guests not booked will be charged an extra $25 per person per day fee.
*You will check in with a Smart Key Pad.
*Pet friendly with $50 pet fee per pet.
*You MUST pick up after your pet... kids love to play in the grass!

We will send you an invoice in which you can pay securely online.
