My family bought this condo back in 1997 to serve as a vacation spot and my parents retirement home. In 2011/2012 both my parents passed away. My wife and I have 4 kids from college age down to grade school that keep us busy at home so we decided to share our vacation home with others by renting it to other families like ours.
