We allow dogs into the property. We ask that all fur, sand and dog droppings are cleaned up before you leave and that all pets stay off the furniture including beds. Please do not leave your pet unattended inside the house and if possible avoid leaving your pet for long periods of time if they are prone to barking or whining in consideration of our neighbours. The pet fee will be refunded if all the guidelines have been met and no pet damage has occurred.

Blue Bay is a well sought after the beach and here we are with uninterrupted ocean views and room to park your boat. 5 mins from the ramp! Close to parks and restaurant. This beach house is perfect for family/friends to enjoy the beach and sunset, swim or fish. Large enclosed front yard for backyard cricket/safe yard for pets. Large Smart TV/ coffee machine to enjoy.
The space
THE LOCATION:
Located overlooking Blue Bay Beach, this laid-back stretch of beach features warm, golden sands & moderate waves for surfers. It is close to the centre of Mandurah, or to the Port Bouvard Marina. You can enjoy a relaxing breakfast at the local restaurant, leisurely lunch, or take in the nightlife at one of the many taverns or eateries in the area. Better still, stay home to have an intimate meal and enjoy a glass of wine while watching dolphins from the balcony.
If you are looking for something for the kids, Blue Bay Beach across the road is great for a swim, snorkel or surf. On the Mandurah foreshore, there is a skate park, a water park with a pontoon to swim out to with slides running down into the water- a lot of fun for the kids. For the younger kids, Doddi's beach is a nice, safe, sheltered beach just a short stroll away with a children's playground and BBQ's. Bringing a boat: the Mary Street ramp is around the corner with easy access to the Ocean and the Estuary.
THE HOUSE
This is a large, spacious , air-conditioned two-storey home with a wrap-around balcony, situated directly opposite the endlessly blue Indian Ocean and a cycle path. Perfect for an active holiday, family vacation or romantic get-away!
TOP STOREY: This storey offers two bedrooms, living area, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a wrap-around balcony where you can watch the sunset over the rolling waves. There is a spacious living area and a games/reading area with plenty of books, DVD's and board games to choose from. The dining table can seat 12 people at one time.
KITCHEN AND LIVING AREA: The kitchen is stocked full of everything you need to cook a meal for your hungry family or a tantalising gourmet meal for two. Enjoy a freshly brewed coffee with the coffee machine, tea or milo while you take a breath and relax.
There is a brand new flat-screen TV, free Wifi, a DVD player, board games and books galore.
BOTTOM STOREY: The bottom storey includes a bedroom with four brand new bunk beds, bathroom and toilet. It also has a laundry with a large washing machine and two dryers which are available for use for the busy family.

Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, walk-in robe, ocean views and access to the balcony.
Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed with a built-in robe.
Bedroom 3 has 4 comfortable bunk beds and built-in robe.
DINING:

The Transperth bus 588 or 589 runs between Mandurah Train Station and the city. Your train ticket allows free journey on buses until time detailed on your ticket expires. Other public transport buses run throughout Mandurah.

To ensure the safety of children, they should not play on the stairs. Children must be supervised when on the balcony. If children are present, furniture must be kept away from the balustrades by one metre to ensure that they are not used as inadvertent ladders.
CLEANING AND LINEN
The fee you pay per booking is a linen and cleaning fee. This is the price set by our cleaner who looks after our home, washes all linen and ensures the cleanliness of the house before and after your stay. Whilst we do not expect you to clean, it is expected that you leave the house tidy and return all items to their correct place before leaving. Any unreasonable cleaning will incur an hourly rate of $35 on top of the existing cleaning fee.
PETS
We will consider pets on a case by case basis. Please note: Animals are not permitted on the furniture and all animal residue must be cleaned up and disposed of. Excess hair and sand must be swept up and kept to a minimum. KIndly do not leave your pet unattended in the house if you wish to leave the property.
SECURITY BOND:
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged for repairs. Extra cleaning fees of $35 per hour will be charged for cleaning up mess left by animals and cigarette butts left on the lawn or premises . This is a non-smoking home.

Refundable Damage Deposit
Please send your credit card details and I will 'capture' the bond on your card which will be released once the house has been cleaned and signed off by our house-keeper.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. No refund after that. Government mandated lock-down where a guest is not permitted to travel to the location will incur a refund.
