Why is my listing hidden?
Three reasons: you or a co-host hid it, Houfy flagged it, or Houfy support hid it. Only the first one you can undo yourself, from the Hidden tab in Manage Listings. Snoozing is a different thing.

A hidden listing is one that is not showing to guests - it will not appear in search, on your profile, or at its own address.
There are three reasons a listing is hidden, and what you do next depends on which one applies.
You hid it yourself
If you or a co-host clicked Hide on the listing, you can put it back at any time. Go to Manage Listings, open the Hidden tab at the top of the page, and click Activate on the listing. It goes live again straight away.
Houfy flagged the listing
If Houfy has flagged a listing - usually during verification, or after a booking issue - the listing is hidden and the button reads Request to activate instead of Activate. Clicking it sends your request to our verifications team to review; it does not switch the listing back on by itself. If your listing shows Request to activate, please also write to us at info@houfy.com so we can pick it up and tell you what is needed.
One thing that surprises hosts: when a listing is flagged, every active listing on that account is normally hidden at the same time, not just the one involved. So if all of your listings disappeared together, this is almost certainly why.
Houfy support hid it
A listing can also be hidden by our team - for example while a guideline or ownership question is being sorted out. If you did not hide the listing and it is not flagged, write to info@houfy.com and we will tell you what happened and what is needed to restore it.
Not the same thing: snoozed
Snoozing pauses new reservations for a set period, but it does not hide your listing. A snoozed listing stays in your normal listings tab with Snoozed until shown on it, and the Activate button on that card ends the snooze.
