How to send a custom payment request for the reservation?

  • Go to Reservation details on the message page
  • Scroll down to Send a payment request
  • Click on Create a custom payment request
  • Enter the amount click Create and send payment request

You can also do a security deposit hold for 7 days with this by choosing the capture method as a hold.
