How do I cancel a payment request I sent to a guest?

To cancel a payment request sent to a guest please follow these instructions:

  • Go to Reservation details on the message page
  • Scroll down and click on Cancel payment requests
  • Click again on cancel payment requests to cancel all unpaid payment requests that have been sent.
