🐾 PETS: Pets are welcome, but must be registered and reported to the host. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage. Pet owners will be responsible for any damages caused.

🚨 HOUSE RULES & POLICIES 🚨

✔️ Unregistered guests are not allowed.
✔️ Pets are welcome and allowed with a fee: Max of pets: 2; Pet Fee: $75; Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage. Pet owners will be responsible for any damages caused.
✔️ Pets are not allowed on kitchen counters or the couch, especially if they shed fur. $150 hair cleaning fee if we find excessive hair on the couch. Pets must use the bathroom off-property unless you bring proper containers or supplies. If an accident happens in or around the property, please clean up immediately. A $50-$100 cleaning fee will apply if pet waste is not properly cleaned.
✔️ No smoking inside the property.
✔️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
✔️ Please observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.
✔️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
✔️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
✔️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.
✔️ View Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required upon check-in.
✔️ Must be at least 21 years old to book
✔️ We reserve the right to charge a fee if ANY of the policy is violated.
✔️ Any unauthorized moving of furniture that results in additional cleaning, repairs, or setup may incur a fee of up to $1000.
✔️ Do not remove the blue cleaning balls from the tub. If they are missing or not returned to the tub or floor, a $20 fee will apply.
✔️ Shower to remove all body oils before entering the Jacuzzi. Always cover the jacuzzi after each use to prevent debris from entering and to maintain cleanliness. When you’re done using the Jacuzzi, set the temperature to 85°F.
✔️ A $100-$300 cleaning fee will apply if the jacuzzi is left uncovered. $500-$2,000 Fee if you damage or break the Jacuzzi.
✔️ Trash pickup is on Tuesdays & Fridays. Please place bins by the mailbox only—the city will not pick up trash from the opposite side of the driveway. Put all trash inside the bins as much as possible. There are two bins available for use, and the recycling bin can be used as a garbage bin as well (it’s not strictly for recycling).
✔️ After using the grill, always put the cover back on & tie it. Do not leave the grill uncovered during your stay. A $25 fee will apply if left uncovered after your stay.
✔️ If you have a trailer or truck with a trailer, DO NOT park the trailer in the driveway. You may pull in head-first, but the trailer must be left off the driveway. Heavy trailers can damage the driveway or landscaping. Repair fees will be charged for any damages: $500-$5,000.
✔️Please cover the fire pit after every use to protect it from weather and debris. $25 fee if left uncovered. Turn OFF the gas when finished. If you remove chairs from around the fire pit, please put them back in their original position before check-out.
Keep all doors (front, back, side, and patio) closed when not in use.
✔️ Leaving doors open allows bugs, flies, and pests inside. A $50 fee will apply if doors are left open for extended periods unnecessarily. Walkway, House Lights & Tiki Torches. These lights beautify the house and provide lighting at night. To use the tiki torches, apply tiki torch fluid. If none is available in the laundry room, you may need to purchase a small bottle for your stay.
✔️ DO NOT tamper with, knock over, dismantle, or break these lights. A $10-$30 fee per light will be charged for any damage.
✔️ Please take care of this house as if it were your own. NO SMOKING inside the house. Only smoke on the patio outside with doors closed. Turn OFF ALL lights when you check-out.
✔️ AC: the control panel is locked due to multiple guest not knowing how to use it & causing an increase in temperature. If you need it changed contact us to virtually change it for you.
✔️ Heavy machinery such as bikes, dirt bikes, scooters, or similar vehicles is NOT ALLOWED inside the house. If our neighbors report this or we see it on cameras, there is a $100 fee, and we will ask you to leave immediately.
✔️ No refunds will be given, regardless of how many days remain in your booking.
