The house was extremely clean, smelled nice, and was exactly as pictured. well designed and overall a great experience. The rainfall shower was so relaxing, and even though we had 15+ guests staying in the airbnb, at no point did we run out of hot water. There was more than enough parking for all of our guests staying at the house. The views were gorgeous, and the nature surrounding the home was relaxing and very entertaining. we got to see tons of different kinds of birds, we saw baby bats, gators, the kids loved it! The host was responsive, patient, and very helpful. Kurush checked in midway through our stay to ensure all was still well. Very minor inconveniences: The big apartment upstairs should somehow have access to the backyard without having to go through the other units or out of the front to then walk around to get to the backyard. When we arrived, the outside trash was already full, so we had trouble throwing away trashbags. Quiet hours began at 10 ☹️

We enjoyed this house, based on the reviews i had high expectations, but the owner’s responses were very slow when we had issues. So we had to fix the majority of our issues ourselves. Starting with the broken master shower head, we zip tied it. The hot tub was dirty, we cleaned it. Bed sheet down stairs was dirty. The fancy tub shower downstairs dosent work, the power dies in the bathroom if you try to turn it on. The outside tv remote was nowhere to be found. The VR had LIVING bugs crawling on them, do not use them. Grass was over grown, so we didn’t go out to use the grill or fire pit. Other than those issues, this house has a lot of potential. Lots of great amenities to enjoy. The wildlife was great to watch Outback. 4/5 would recommend if you’re not picky About cleanliness. you get what you pay for.

We had such an amazing experience despite that our flight was delayed for 10 hr. The house was very welcoming and clean, had everything we needed for traveling with toddler. There is in the house toys and board games, toys for the pool and the beach, pack and play and high chair. For the beach: umbrella , beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels nice and soft! Beds are very comfortable with spotless sheets! Very soft and pristine white bath towels. Kitchen equipped with everything you may need to cook and enjoy family meals. At the dining table can actually seat everyone traveling with you, ( usually houses have beds for 8-10 people but seats at the table only for max. 6). Very comfortable living room and outdoor seating areas! Every light switch is labeled for what area it is. It was very cute and helpful for us to find a few pods for each washer and dishwasher, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and some travel sized toiletries.. Jennifer was very quick to respond and very friendly! This home was a true find!!! The place is perfect if you want somewhere comfortable and relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and safe. It's also a few houses down from a beautiful park. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood! My favorite features: -Quiet neighborhood -Amazing Florida room!! -Welcoming front exterior -Comfy interior -Backyard views -Walking distance from neighborhood park -Walking distance from Highland Rec Center (small fee, but worth it!) My favorite part was the owner asks you to feed the fish each day!! It's so serene to hear the koi pond running in the backyard. I highly recommend staying here!!!

AMAZING! I cant say enough about this home. Everything in the description was correct! What my family valued most was...More than enough seating for our group of 12, TVs in every room with tons of channels, kitchen stuff/coffee ect was provided, new appliances, comfy beds, plenty of hot water for showers, soaps/shampoo provided, the home was decorated so professionally, patio/pool area gave the feel of an expensive resort, pool was clean and many floats and pool toys were provided, pergola had a fire pit table with very comfy chairs, with lots of recliners and seating, there was plenty of parking available for our large group. Also there are plenty of nice restaurants, shopping and the beach is less than 10 minutes away. My family and I use Airbnb often for travel, and I can honestly say this is the best over all place we have ever stayed in. Jim & Christin have provided everything you can ask for in a home away from home. Best vacation ever!!!!

A really great house and Tom was in communication easily! We were there 5 days with 8 adults, 1 child and 3 toddlers under 2, and there was plenty of room for us all. The location is about 3 blocks from the beach - easy to walk, but with toddlers, we took the golf cart (which was very convenient to have for running to the small stores or ice cream). The backyard was very large and had astroturf, not grass, so you never had to worry about dirt, stickers or ants. Plenty of lounges, chairs for sitting outside. we used the outside bar room (with couches and a TV) all day long. Tons of pool toys and beach towels. The pool was cool enough (unusual for an uncovered pool in July in Florida) and large enough for most adults and all of the kids. Plenty of lighting at night, to sit and watch the kids play in the pool, and the converted garage doors, when left open, provided a nice breeze. we were outside from 9am - 8pm The inside was well-appointed, not cluttered. Large TV, plenty of seating, a long island to sit at. The beds were comfortable. No problems encountered and the house stayed VERY cool, which is surprising in a 3-story in July. The 2nd story Master retreat was huge - we placed 2 of the pack-n-plays in there for the babies (dark and away from the general areas). Plenty of small gestures, such as shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, laundry detergent (2 laundry rooms!!). We all agreed we would be back the next time we are in Indian Rocks!!

This house is absolutely beautifully done!!! It looks just like the pictures! The neighborhood is quiet & the people are friendly! They pretty much thought of everything too! The kitchen is very well stocked just was missing 2 things I needed to bake but I made due with no issue… there’s a toaster and blender!! Everything is top quality! There are plenty of pool & bath towels!!! They left a package of toothbrushes & small toothpaste out if we needed! It’s really nice when a host thinks of the little things! The beds are super comfy with nice soft pillows!! The pool is wonderfully heated! We had some issues towards the end of our stay but Mark was quick to get someone out to fix them even though it was a holiday! He was super quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay as well…never had a host that’s so responsive!! We would stay here again & we will recommend this home & any other Mark has to others to stay in!! It’s great to have an involved host who responds quickly!

Staying here was an ultimate pleasure. Tom & Dave were super friendly and made us feel at ease. Tom lives close by if you need anything, but the whole space felt very private and homey. The house itself is beautiful: recently remodeled with great care. The high-end furniture is new and the space is tasteful. The beds were comfy & there's tons of space, which makes it perfect for both large groups and families. And it's relaxing looking over the water while using the full-service kitchen. The backyard space is divine: we used the kayaks and saw dolphins & manatees! The pool was well lit at night, and was fun and safe for old and young folks alike (we had a baby girl in our party and she loved it) The golfcart was a godsend and we took it into town for lunch and live music at the local bar (Crabby Bill's- great!) All in all, the best airbnb experience I've had in a while. I don't go to Florida often, but might just book another stay to have this whole experience again. 5/5, 10/10.
