Sunny Isles Beach vacation rentals

Mi esposa y yo tuvimos una magnífica estadía en el Yacht Club de Aventura. La descripción y las fotos publicadas en la Web eran exactamente las que encontramos al llegar. El lugar es seguro, al igual que el estacionamiento, común para todos los residentes. Estaba limpio y bien mantenido, y es muy tranquilo y silencioso. La lavadora, secadora y lavavajillas funcionaron perfectamente, al igual que microondas, grill, heladera, tostadora y pava eléctrica. El apartamento es fresco y no fue necesario el aire acondicionado, a pesar de los más de 32 °C (85 °F) de temperatura al exterior, con la humedad habitual de la zona. Es muy recomendable una caminata rodeando el Turnberry Golf, frente al Yacht Club. Son aprox. unas 2,5 millas (4 km) muy agradables. Está muy bien ubicado para tomar las autopistas hacia cualquier lugar, por lo que llegar y salir es muy ágil. El Aventura Mall está a unos 500 m y hay un supermercado Publix a menos de 1 km. Para ir a la playa es más conveniente ir en auto, ya que está muy cerca pero no hay formas cómodas de ir caminando. En nuestro caso ya habíamos previsto que no haríamos mucha vida de playa, por lo que este punto no nos molestó. Resumiendo: muy recomendable.

We own a vacation rental property on Lake Michigan, so my expectations were pretty high going into planning our trip. From the moment we contacted the owner, till check-out time, this was the best experience ever!!! Diego was in constant contact with us, answering every question we had, which was so reassuring since it was the first time we'd rented through a website. His correspondence & consideration made not only planning the trip smooth, but put us at ease throughout our vacation. Diego even called while we were there to make sure everything was ok & ask if we needed anything. We were so impressed with the condo, the Yacht Club and the fabulous neighborhood. The grounds are well-kept & lush. There's plenty of security for the development & each apt bldg, but we never felt unsafe anywhere outside The Yacht Club, even going for a walk at night. The tenants and other renters were so friendly and kind, giving us restaurant suggestions or directions. The Yacht Club is a younger crowd than many of the complexes in Aventura and seems to cater more to people who are semi-retired or still working rather than retired. As beautiful as the pictures were of the condo and property, it's even better in person! The condo is clean, impeccably furnished & very comfortable. The owners have thought of everything! If we lived in Florida, it's the exact place we'd buy. There's ample hanging & drawer space for guests' clothes, plenty of bath & beach towels, and a full kitchen with every gadget, utensil or appliance you'd need. I didn't want to leave and Diego was so accommodating, I was able to extend my trip & relax a few more days while my husband went back to work. We can't wait to return to The Yacht Club and rent from Diego again!

Overall it was really nice. The apartment was perfect for me and my two parents. It was really nice to stay here over a hotel because we were able to cook it meals. The pool was rly nice and the hot tub. Really the only thing is it’s not walking distance to any restaurants or shops but once we rented a car that solved it and we were given free parking on the property. Really great communication and having coffee on the balcony was the best part looking at all the pretty yachts.

El departamento es muy bonito, mejor que en fotos. Buenas camas y muy completo en sí. La ubicación es genial, frente a parque para niños, cerca de la playa, buena vista. Stacey responde a tiempo lo que necesitas.

Location! Location! Location! Great place and great location. beach access is across the street. beach cart included in apartment is a big help. Valet parking available. check in was dummy proof and simple. clean place. very spacious. comfy beds. great for couples or small family. will stay again.
