Walking distance to the train that accesses downtown Chicago and surrounding neighborhoods. Please note free parking is parking lot DIRECTLY behind the building. Parking in the lot behind the adjacent building is subject to being towed by the neighbors so please avoid parking there. On street parking is free as well but during snowfall, below rules apply
When there is a snow accumulation of 2 inches or more of snow on the streets in the Village, no parking will be allowed on odd numbered addresses (East and South Sides) on odd numbered dates, and even numbered addresses (West and North Sides) on even numbered dates between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. These restrictions shall not apply to vehicles parked on Harlem, Belmont, Grand or North Avenues. Failure to remove your vehicle will result in a violation of $50.00 per occurrence and will be towed at the owner’s expense
