Welcome to the LAKESIDE RETREAT 4-plex (4100 sqft), nestled on a ½ acre right on Lake Seminole! Experience private resort life at this tranquil property with a lakefront pool, spacious gazebo for entertaining, and cozy fire pit–all while being a quick 15 min drive to popular beaches, John’s Pass, and the Lake Seminole Park boat ramp! The whole estate (4 suites) can comfortably welcome up to 20 guests, with different suite layouts providing a flexible solution for your large group.This serene estate has unparalleled Florida scenery at its doorstep, so we couldn’t resist drawing inspiration from Mother Nature herself! Each suite in the building is thoughtfully designed around one of the four elements (Earth, Air, Fire, & Water). Be it carefree and playful like a wave, alluring like a smoldering fire, serene like the birds in the air, or vibrant like a tropical flower: each unit is newly renovated with unique design details, making this the perfect place to unwind and retreat into nature with friends and family.

You’ll immediately feel on vacation when you explore the entire place. Light, bright, and casually stylish - this is the kind of waterfront property where you feel free to birdwatch or fish off the seawall – then spend a comfortable evening inside, enjoying the beautifully designed space.

EACH of the 4 suites has its own kitchen and dining areas! And we provide state-of-the-art amenities like blazing fast Wi-Fi throughout and Roku TVs in all living rooms and 8 of the 9 bedrooms. For your convenience, in-unit laundry can be found in Suites #1, 2, and 4.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES

The outdoor space is really the key to why you’ll love this place! In the backyard we have a BBQ grill, a fire pit, a large pool, a shaded picnic area, and a raised gazebo - right on charming Lake Seminole!

The gazebo offers picturesque views of the lake and the entire backyard, perfect for cool drinks and catching up - while keeping an eye on the smaller vacationers playing in the pool.

Beside the gazebo there’s a lovely picnic area under the shade of a large banyan tree where you can watch the boats drift by. At the other edge, you’ll find the fire pit. Bring some firewood and s’mores to fully utilize this spot, or appreciate it as it is under the swaying palm trees.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Looking for a beach day? Just head west! We are centrally located to many beaches, including Madeira Beach and Indian Rocks Beach. We recommend starting the day at Sweet Brewnette with a delicious specialty coffee and breakfast before soaking up the sun with your toes in the sand. Later, you can head to Caddy’s or John’s Pass for that quintessential Florida vacation vibe. John’s Pass offers a wide variety of excursions such as dolphin tours and jet ski rentals!
