With over 4,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, staying at the Villa is like having your own, private boutique hotel (the home even has an elevator), with room for everyone to come together and also enjoy their own privacy, in casually chic coastal surroundings.

The fourth floor terrace is your own rooftop oasis, with beautiful views of the ocean and of the Intracoastal Waterway. You can watch the sun rise over the Atlantic and set over the Intracoastal, while lounging on your terrace or in your private plunge pool, drink in hand. You can lounge by the pool on comfortable furniture, in the sun or shade, grabbing a drink from the nearby beverage center whenever you need one, and rinsing off in the outdoor shower. . The terrace also has comfortable furniture for dining under the sun or stars, and a large Weber gas grill.

Just a few steps from your front door, you can enjoy the white sand and turquoise waters of Hollywood’s secluded North Beach, with lifeguards on duty during the daytime and a beach shower to rinse off. The house comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beach, including beach chairs, towels, parasols, cooler bags, boogie boards, beach toys, plus a beach cart to carry it all.

With four bedrooms on two floors, the house is perfect for either four couples or two families to share. Each of the first floor bedrooms can be set up with either a king bed, or two twin beds, depending on the needs of your group. These two first floor bedrooms share a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower. On the second floor are two spacious and luxurious master suites, one on the north side of the house, and one on the south. Each master has a walk-in closet, 60-inch television, and ensuite bathroom, with a spacious vanity, featuring double sinks, deep soaker tub, and large walk-in shower. The south facing master has its own balcony.

The street is quiet and the home is cool and comfortable -- you will sleep like a baby on the new, high-end mattresses. Each bed is made-up with high quality linens, including crisp, cool percale sheets by Frette.

The Villa boasts indoor and outdoor living and entertaining spaces located on the third floor and on the fourth floor terrace.

On the third floor, you will enjoy the open floor plan, with kitchen, living room and dining room sharing one expansive, sunny area, while the office and media room occupy the north side of the house.

The kitchen is a cook's dream. It has an enormous granite topped island, where you will find yourself gathering to enjoy drinks or snacks, and conversing while meals are being prepared on the top-end appliances (Wolf, Sub-Zero, Bosch). The dining room table expands to comfortably accommodate your family and friends. There is also a balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee in the shade, and watch the sun dance on the waves. The living room is welcoming, with room for the whole family to gather. It features a casual coastal décor and comfortable high-end furnishings from Restoration Hardware.

Want to unwind and watch a movie or sports? The media room has an 80-inch Smart HD TV with Hulu and a large sectional that transforms into a family-scaled lounger. Need to keep in touch with work? There is WIFI, and a home office with a printer. Want to reconnect with the family? There are board games, cards and puzzles at the Villa for your enjoyment.

The house is air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and main living spaces. There is a laundry room – with a washer, dryer, ironing board and clothes steamer at your disposal, you may not need to pack much!

The house has security cameras on the front door and driveway. There is parking for two cars in the driveway. There are also four bicycles for your use.

Location Information

The Villa is situated in the tranquil North Beach area of Hollywood, surrounded by state, county and municipal nature parks, but just a 10-minute drive from the Fort-Lauderdale airport, and 40 minutes from Miami, so you can easily enjoy all that those busy cities have to offer (professional sports, world-class shopping, dining, culture, and entertainment).

There is a lot to do on your own doorstep too! Explore the bustle of the Hollywood Broadwalk with its shopping, water sports, parasailing and restaurant scene; take part in nature discovery and water activities at the Anne Kolb Nature Centre, the Dr. Von D. Mizell-Eula Johnson State Park (formerly known as John U. Lloyd Beach State Park), or Hollywood North Beach Municipal park; or charter a boat (and captain, if you like) on the Intracoastal Waterway for exploring Port Everglades and the canals of Fort-Lauderdale or deep sea fishing.
