BOOKING POLICIES
1 - Pets are allowed for a flat fee of $150.
2 - A separate rental agreement must be signed before arrival.
3 - Guest count must be accurate, as pricing varies based on the number of guests.
4 - A security deposit of $100 is required, collected separately by the property host.
