Azteca is a newly-remodeled private pool home located in North Palm Springs, just minutes away from the downtown area. With close proximity to San Jacinto & the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and one mile to the Palm Springs village center. It's the perfect location to experience all the attractions and entertainment that Palm Springs has to offer including day spas, golfing, boutiques, museums, art galleries, dining, coffee houses, hiking, biking, horseback riding, gambling, bars, and clubs.

BOOKING POLICIES
1. Pets allowed for a flat fee of $150.
2. ID Collection and a separate rental agreement must be signed before arrival.
3. Guest count must be accurate, as pricing varies based on the number of guests.
4. A security deposit of $100 is required, collected separately by the property host.

LOCAL REGULATIONS
1. Booker must be 25 years or older.
2. Noise should not be audible beyond the property line.
3. ID collection and a separate rental agreement is required.

OPTIONAL UPGRADES
1. Pool heating is optional ($100/night add-on). Spa heating is complimentary.
