The luxury waterfront home has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten guests comfortably. All rooms are dressed with premium linens and pillows to ensure deep rest and relaxation, and offer plenty of storage for your things.

The master suite is absolutely stunning, featuring a king bed with Purple mattress, surrounded by ocean-inspired accents. The open-air bathroom and unobstructed views of the Sound from the bed add to the serene effect of being one with nature.

The second bedroom is the PNW Room, a dark and majestic space that invites romance. It features stone accents, high, wood-paneled ceilings, and an open bathroom with views of the Sound right from the shower.

The third bedroom is the Aviary, named after its bird and botanical elements. A bright splash of blues and yellows surround a high-end Queen bed. Plush pillows and soft lighting invite you to the daybed and learn about all the local birds of the area.

The fourth bedroom, The Eagle's Nest, is a cozy hideaway upstairs that you can access by a spiral staircase. Complete with a Queen bed and two Twin beds, it's the perfect spot for the younger members of your party. You can also see the Puget Sound right from bed, and peek through the fog to catch a glimpse of Mt Rainier towering over Downtown Seattle.

SaltWood has its own private driveway that can accommodate 6-8 cars. When you stay in this home you'll have the entire place to yourself, all the rooms and amenities. You'll be given a door code to access the home via a smart lock. The home is equipped with everything you need for a dreamy vacation, including a full-size washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, premium linens, a hot tub, and a BBQ. There are eight private parking spaces on the property, and you're just a short drive from local restaurants and boutiques.

OTHER NOTES ABOUT THE HOME

☀ Pet-Friendly... SaltWood welcomes potty-trained, well-behaved pets for a flat rate of $300/pet/stay. We kindly ask that nails be trimmed as close to arrival as possible. *NO CATS ALLOWED
☀ Privacy... The property is very private and quiet. There's one neighbor to the north. They will respect your privacy and we also ask that you do the same for them (be mindful of using drones, playing extremely loud music at night, etc...)
☀ The Japanese soaking tub... Not to be confused with a store-bought jacuzzi, the jets in this custom-built tub were built for water and heat circulation (not massaging the body). The muffled sound of the jets allows you to enjoy the serenity of ocean waves crashing onto the shore below. We set the temperature to 101 and you can adjust accordingly.

Booking Policies
1. Dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $300 per stay. No cats allowed.
2. Guest count must be accurate, as pricing varies based on the number of guests.
3. A separate rental agreement is required.
4. A security deposit of $100 is required for all bookings, collected separately by the property host.
