Once you enter the home, you'll climb the stairs to the second floor which hosts a bright and fashionably appointed living room. Next to the living room is a large dining table designed to comfortably sit a six person dinning experience in the evening or act as your boardroom table/desk during the day. The fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, 1st guest bedroom and washer/dryer are also on the 2nd floor. Upstairs are the remaining two bedrooms: one looking west with views of twin peaks and the famous Sutro Tower with the other looking 3 miles over Noe Valley past the spires of St. Paul's Church all the way to John McLaren park.

The bathroom consists of vanity area, toilet and shower with a short bath tub.

The gourmet kitchen is a compilation of the homeowner's cooking styles over the last couple decades. The kitchen is fully stocked and should have everything you could ever need, but, if you are unsure, please ask and we will be sure to let you know.

Toaster, microwave, kitchen gadgets, a 6qt Instant Pot, nonstick pots and pans, Vitamix blender, rice cooker, waffle maker, boiling pot, cast iron pots and pans, silverware, glassware, and anything else you'd ever need to whip up a decadent meal for the whole group.

The main living room which looks out to Noe Valley has huge windows to let in the day light. Living seating is provided with a sofa that can comfortably fit 3 people and an additional lounge chair in front of the boutique library. The dining room table, located right next to the living room, provides seating and dinner arrangements for 6. Round out the common area with a bar cart and solid selection of choices.

When you stay in this home you'll have the entire place to yourself, all the rooms and amenities. You'll be given a door code to access the home via a smart lock. OTHER NOTES ABOUT THE HOME

☀ Pet-Friendly... Haven welcomes potty-trained, well-behaved pets for $250/pet/stay. If you are booking on Airbnb, only the 1st pet will be included in your booking total so if you are bringing more than 1 pet, the additional $250 will be collected separately after booking your reservation. Please let us know if you intend to bring a pet (or service animal).

☀ There is free street parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no parking permit required.

☀ Long-term tenants welcome. Let us know if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay for a year or longer.

BOOKING POLICIES
1. Pets are allowed for a flat fee of $250 per stay.
2. Guest count must be accurate, as pricing varies based on the number of guests.
3. A separate rental agreement is required.
4. A security deposit of $100 is required for all bookings, collected separately by the property host.
