This is a great place to stay and the place is very clean. Stephanie & DJ made my 2 week trip very memorable. I met both Stephanie & DJ in person a few times and they are very professional, very friendly, very accommodating, very good human beings, very helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need. You can see why they are Superhosts. What they described in the photo and listing is what you will get. Also, great communication and you can tell that Stephanie & DJ cares a lot about your stay and comfort. They also have a white noise machine and Roku TV. The bathroom is clean and the bed is comfy. They would also provide you with water bottles and snacks. I originally had to cancel my booking because of the baseball strike and was going to moved it to another day but then I found out that I can still make my original booking date. Stephanie and DJ were flexible and allowed me to book the new dates but after I told them that I can still make my original date, they let me book my original dates back. I originally was worried about my safety before I got here but after I got here, I felt very safe and this is a safe neighborhood. Also, it's convenient for taking the bus or ubering downtown and other places and it's not that far from downtown. This place is better than a hotel room. Also, DJ is renovate the building behind this one and he's very talented at it. I see that he's trying to make a difference in this community and I wish him the best at it. If I can give Stephanie & DJ more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommended. I will book with Stephanie & DJ again if I come back to St. Louis and if they have the dates avaliable that I'm planning on staying.

This was our first Airbnb experience, and I must say that Adam has set the bar high for us for future travels! This was a marvelous stay from start to finish. Adam was incredibly helpful, patient, and prompt with all my many questions and emails before arriving. He continued to check in with us while there, asking if we needed anything, and also followed through with us after we left, which was very kind and much appreciated. Before we arrived, we were sent a detailed, informative letter about the house, nearby markets, transportation, and other helpful tips, suggestions and recommendations, which we used. Upon arrival, they had thoughtfully set out a nice bowl of snacks and left a set of metro cards for us. The home had everything one could need or want - from games and travel guides, to laundry soap and umbrellas. The kitchen is beautiful and newly remodeled, stocked with silverware, mugs, plates, cooking utensils (even a hand mixer), bbq tools, and a lovely assortment of coffees and teas, kettles, presses and coffee makers. It was great to have access to ice and a nice fridge during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, with the sleeper sofa large enough for two to have plenty of space in it. We appreciated the nice air conditioning, flat screen tv's, the lovely natural light, the American decor, and the many homey touches they placed throughout. The home could not be in a more convenient location and the view of and proximity to the Capitol from the home is not exaggerated in their photo! It is an easy, lovely walk to the top of the mall and we loved our walks to and from the Capitol every day. The home is quiet, on a safe and quiet street. It is comfortable, immaculate, convenient. We immediately thought of it, and referred to it, as our "home." Thank you, Adam, for such a wonderful stay, for making our trip to DC so comfortable, and for making us Airbnb believers. Already looking forward to coming back and visiting you again!

We stayed three nights at Twin Rock Tree House and loved it. We didn't want to leave. The description was accurate and everything was at least a little better than described. John and Lara definitely did a good job of setting, then exceeding, our expectations. The check-in was super easy and the hosts did not bother or intrude on us. John stopped by right after we checked in to make sure we were set. He brought us a quart of milk and I used it up eating cereal for breakfast each morning. Twin Rock Tree House is a very nice rustic cabin in Idyllwild. It has all the modern amenities you need, without ruining the rustic feel of the place. The washer and dryer worked very well. The kitchen was nice and rustic, but with a nice modern refrigerator and coffee maker. John and Lara provided beans and a grinder, so this was a nice bonus for a coffee addict like me. We didn't cook, but the "chrome-plated" microwave worked great, and the oven looked like it did also. The Internet connection was lightning fast and the television worked well. The bathroom had a nice claw foot tub with surrounding shower curtain. The water was nice and hot with plenty of water pressure. The beds were comfortable and we slept great. We stayed plenty cool without the air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom, so I can't attest to how well it worked. Overall we loved the cabin and our stay. It was exactly what we wanted. A rustic cabin with modern amenities in Idyllwild to use a a base for our hiking adventures. This included a nice loop hike up to Tahquitz Peak. This is my all-time favorite hike in Southern CA.

This was our third time staying at the Ahwahnee-be and it looks like it will be an annual event! Everything is always perfect, from the cozy but spacious cabin to the perfect location. The hosts communicate clearly and thoroughly so we never have questions. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Allandale Guesthouse in Austin, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The location was ideal, providing easy access to all the vibrant attractions of Austin while offering a peaceful retreat away from the bustle of the city. The guesthouse itself was impeccably clean and stylishly decorated. It was spacious and well-appointed, featuring all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay—comfy bed, high-quality linens, and a well-stocked bathroom. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the charming decor to the thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks and beverages. The hosts of the guesthouse were exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Their genuine care and attention made my experience truly memorable. Overall, Allandale Guesthouse truly exceeded all my expectations. Its perfect blend of comfort, charm, and hospitality makes it a standout choice for anyone visiting Austin. I can't wait to return on my next trip to this vibrant city!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this venice beach cottage. Suzan was a extremely good communicator and very friendly. She answered all messages promptly, gave a tour of the place upon arrival, and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. The cottage itself looks better than the pictures (which already look great). The best part of the cottage is how light and inviting it looks. I really enjoyed the color schemes and all the skylights. The shower looks awesome during the day with the light coming through and the white tiles with green accent tiling. All essentials were provided (towels, toiletries, etc.) and even though I didn't use the kitchen much, it was very well stocked. The heater worked very well and the bed/couch were clean and comfortable. Another huge plus about this stay are the bikes! They're in great shape and Venice beach and the shops on Abbot Kinney are only a 10 minute bike ride away. If the weather is good, I strongly encourage you to take advantage of this - it's enjoyable, fast and fun, and much easier than dealing with parking near the beach. Speaking of parking, there was ample free street parking at all times of the day. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and in a great location. Overall, everything was very clean, comfortable, safe and the host is very hospitable and a delight. This is definitely one of my favorite, if not my favorite Airbnb I have stayed at and I will return again if in the area. Thank you Suzan!

This vacation rental is truly a “home away from home” place to stay! Comfort, peacefulness, and convenience are some of the words that best describe it. The owner, Stacey, has thought of everything to make your time there be inviting and enjoyable! From snacks on the kitchen table upon arrival, notes throughout with helpful information, and a vegetable garden and some quail in the backyard, there’s every reason to feel welcome. Thanks for being a top-notch host, Stacey!!

Alex’s place was cozy and had just what I needed for a night’s rest in the midst of a long journey. I even had access to filtered water in the kitchen and was able to refill my water bottle and make myself some hot water in the morning. Check in was a breeze and finding the room was easy. The room is quite small, but has the necessities - a large bed, a comfy nook chair by the window, a closet, lots of outlets, and a working desk and chair. The bathroom is modern and has a large sink and a shower with hot water. Alex’s cat was very curious and friendly, just like he said. I enjoyed the affection (and I’m sure so did the cat). I’m allergic to cats if I stay in the same room with them for too long, but since they’re not allowed in the guest bedroom, I felt totally fine. The cherry on top is that Alex absorbs the unjustly inflated AirBnB fees and doesn’t charge a cleaning fee. I really wish more owners would do this. I feel like it can really encourage people to take care of the space as if it were their own. Thanks for the stay, Alex, and I hope you continue to keep your home open to weary travelers and bold explorers.
