When we walked in the house looked very welcoming and clean, smelled fresh. Temperature was just right and they provided very comfortable accommodations such as water, coffee, toiletries, towels and extra linens just as a hotel stay. Very pleased with the pool and kid area in the backyard, we had a wonderful time celebrating my daughters bday here and we look forward to recommending to our family and friends. Overall felt like home away from home 😊

We loved this house, location and the amazing view from all areas in the house!! I cant say enough to recommend this house for a great family stay. We celebrated my fathers 83rd birthday with a surprise stay at Charles's house over the weekend. It could not have been more perfect for our family with lots of room, and elevator and an open floor plan on the main living area. The kitchen has top end appliances and was large enough that several of us could be in there at once and still keep an eye on the Astros winning the American League pennant! The bar is large and also has high end appliances. And if that's not enough there is another full kitchen on the bottom level! The wrap around balcony and terrace have great adjacency to the inside and lots of seating. The garage is huge with lots of storage space. All the bedrooms except 1 have their own full bathroom which is soooo nice. The 1 that doesn't is the bunk room and has a 1/2 bath very close by. We had plenty of towels, cleaners, sanitizers, paper goods and full size toiletries. Overall the house is well stocked. Charles was a WONDERFUL host! Not only was he quick to respond leading up to and during our visit, he was able to get the pier (damaged from recent storm as many were) repaired in time for us to use/fish AND made a special trip to provide us with champagne flutes to toast my fathers birthday. I had the privilege of staying at this charming Airbnb and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked through the door, I was enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The interior design was an exquisite blend of modern aesthetics and cozy comfort. The attention to detail was impeccable, with stylish furnishings, an abundance of natural light, and a palette of soothing colors. The open-concept living space seamlessly flows into a fully-equipped kitchen, making it an ideal spot for enjoying a home-cooked meal or morning coffee. The bedroom was an oasis of tranquility that provided the most restful night's sleep. The host's hospitality was outstanding, ensuring my stay was absolutely perfect. The location was also ideal and offered the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. I can't recommend this Airbnb enough. It's a true gem in the heart of Houston, offering an unforgettable experience in one of the most dynamic cities in Texas.

This place is an absolute gem. It feels like a warm, beautifully curated museum, but still cozy and welcoming. Everything I needed was here, from a fully stocked coffee bar to a dedicated working space. After a long day, the theater-style recliners with built-in massage settings were a dream, and the office blew me away! It's a real office, not just a table in the corner. Perfect for remote work, a small team offsite, or traveling couples. Easy access via Fort Bend Parkway made getting to Midtown and Downtown super quick. The three bedrooms each had different mattress firmness levels, which was great for preferences across guests. Also worth mentioning—the cookware here is actually high quality, unlike many other stays where pans and cutlery feel like afterthoughts. Whether you're a couple looking for a peaceful getaway or professionals needing a functional space to work and relax, this stay checks all my boxes! Strongly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back.

Romeo’s place was a great spot for our stay in Houston. We really enjoyed using the game room, hot tub, record player, and even the trampoline. The kitchen was modern and had everything we needed, and the coffee station was a nice bonus. Romeo was responsive and worked with us on a late checkout for a small fee, which we appreciated. It was a comfortable home base for our trip, and I’d definitely recommend it to others.

Our stay with KaiRey in Houston was wonderful. These are exceptional hosts. We’ve stayed in dozens of Airbnbs, and this one was the best experience. Clean, organized, had everything you’d need for a stay away from home, and so many thoughtful touches. We stayed in December, and they had the whole home decorated for the holidays, lit Christmas tree on a timer and everything. Beautiful and immaculate. Inclusions we prioritize were all checked: large, comfy beds; strong water pressure with plenty of hot water; showers that don’t leak onto the floor; clean, fresh towels; toiletries, detergents, kitchen tools (I challenge anyone to need something they didn’t have in restrooms or kitchen); shake blender (personal need when traveling); welcome book with tons of useful info for the area and recommendations; garage parking; easy access entry codes. They had it all, were quick to respond, and checked in on us periodically. From one host to another, can’t wait to stay again next Houston trip!

The place is absolutely beautiful and truly gives a luxury feel. Everything was clean, well put together, and exactly as pictured. It’s a great space to relax and enjoy your stay. The host was very responsive and eager to help, always quick to answer questions and accommodate our needs. However, there was a miscommunication that caused a safety concern for us as a group of girls visiting from out of state for the first time. After checking out and leaving for brunch, we returned briefly and noticed a vehicle in the garage that hadn’t been there before, and the garage was now locked. It had been empty prior to us leaving, so this unexpected change made us uneasy. The host later explained that they own the property and use the garage to store rental cars, with the Airbnb acting as a pickup and drop-off location, and apologized for the confusion. While we appreciated the explanation, it would have been helpful to know this ahead of time. With clearer communication this would’ve top tier

AJ and Taylar were good hosts that cared about our comfort, their communication and responsiveness were top notch. Our 5 star rating is for the house being as described and their willingness to immediately attend to our needs. The house is clean and livable, in a convenient, quiet location, we would definitely stay again. Internet and television worked perfectly. The home’s construction and appliances while workable, are not top quality. The kitchen utensils, cups, glasses, bath towels are stocked and again, while usable are not best quality. I state this to share my opinion/experience, these things would not keep us from staying again. The beds and bedding were comfortable and quite nice. This was an overall good stay.
