Cedar Key vacation rentals

I stay in Cedar Key a few times each year .. all have been wonderful but this stay was exceptional. the condo was extremely well cared for and everything was clean. the host did an amazing job communicating with me and suggested a few restaurants to go to which was helpful with some being destroyed with the latest hurricanes. I will be back soon to support cedar key and the community and if possible will stay again at the condo

I gave the place all 5's because it deserves it. However, people should know this is NOT on a beachfront and the "beach" is only a gulf shoreline 100 steps away. For those of us who love strolling along a commercial way located on a shore, this is perfect. And, to be honest. I was not looking for a beach, so I did cannot tell you how far it is to a beach. However, there is a little park right across the street for kids to play on and everything except a grocery store is within walking distance. If you like Key West but hate the crowds, Cedar Key is Perfect. We loved it and the space even had a lounger AND a comfy couch. YAY. Locals were all eager to talk to us and tell us about a Tiki Bar, and a boardwalk nature area adjacent to an OLD cemetery. Wife and I are retired and we LOVED it. So...Beachfront? well....no. Great place to visit and take life slower without battling traffic? YES

House was clean with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. Plenty of space for a family of 7. We made good use of the outdoor grill and enjoyed dinner on the deck overlooking the water. Can’t say enough about the location; convenient to the beach, children’s playground, restaurants and shops. Management company made everything from booking to check in and check out super easy. Highly recommend Snapper Cove and Pelican Vacation Home. Will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for the wonderful vacation!!

We loved our stay at the Rose. Beautiful decor keeping touches of historical appeal that made it even more charming. I'm pretty picky about clean and this place was beyond any expectations for exceptional. All the basics were covered but additions like cards, books, magazines were nice touches. Full laundry and well stocked kitchen (both drip and Keurig coffee pots with filters for the drip!!) King size bed was comfy to me, not too firm but not squishy. Shower was gorgeous with great water pressure. The location was ideal right in the heart of downtown with easy walk to everything. Large front porch for lounging, sipping drinks and people watching. Cedar Key is adorable and still recovering from Hurricane Helene, but the people are so friendly and welcoming. A wonderfully relaxing visit.

Property was clean and are room was nice and comfortable with nice cold air. The couch was so comfortable with recliners on each end. Most importantly was the nice comfortable bed. I slept like a baby. My husband and I had a great visit with family. We love going once a year or so when we can break away from work. The staff at Pelican were on it with any questions we had. This was our 2nd stay at Mermaid's Song. I can't think of one thing to suggest improvement. Pelican Realty is responsive and available. We value the allowance of a dog. The unit is comfy and super clean. Cedar Key has been devastated by hurricanes. We had no problem with several GOOD restaurants, coffee cafe, and pizza place open. Do take any groceries you may want including water. We supported a couple of shops with purchases. Lots of building and repair going on. Cedar Key will make it! We hope to be back next year!

We have been staying at this cottage for a very long time. We have been coming to Cedar Key for the last 35 years and I feel that the last half of those years we have stayed at Eva Mae's. The cottage is so very comfortable and fits our needs perfectly. We love the porch....it is by far the best feature of the cottage. The views and the breeze are amazing. We were concerned the new windows on the porch would mess with our view, but nope...it is still perfect. Mendy and Caryn have been great to work with and are always available to answer our questions and since they have taken over the cottage, they have had to deal with multiple hurricanes, causing many repairs and remodels to the cottage. They have remodeled and repaired the cottage to make it better than it was before after each hurricane. The vision these ladies have to update the cottage is beyond great. I can't wait to get back in October for a girl's trip with family members that have never stayed at Eva Mae's. I know they will love it as much as we do. If you are looking for the best place to sit back, do nothing, eat great food, watch the Dolphins play...come to Cedar Key and stay at Eva Mae's. I know you'll love it as much as we do.

First time staying at Natures Landing. The condo was comfortable and very clean. The location is ideal and the elevator was a definite plus. Climbing stairs is very difficult for me. This is our new place to stay when we come to Cedar Key. I have used Pelican Realty for the past couple of years. I highly recommend them for your stay in Cedar Key.
