Rental Agreement & $300 Security Deposit REQUIRED. Check-in time is between 4 pm and 10 pm FIRM. ***Out of respect for our wonderful neighbors, we enforce our local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are between 10pm & 8am.
*Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless we are under mandatory evacuation. In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to storms we will not grant refunds. Florida weather is unpredictable and we always recommend travel insurance.
