Pensacola vacation rentals

My family and I were in town to visit my son for his birthday. The house was so clean and cozy and accommodated our needs perfectly. It is also in a great location. It was easy to get an Uber trip downtown to celebrate his birthday in Seville quarter. We had everything we needed in the house. Bill and Mindy were easy to get ahold of and checked in on us throughout the trip. They even made sure we got there and did not have any trouble accessing the property. There was also a nice basket of snacks and coffee left for us along with some waters in the fridge. That is nice to have after you have been on the road for a few hours. I also recommend checking out the little vegan cafe a couple of doors down. They have some great food options and it's a short walk away. There are several other restaurants in walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here. The house is amazing and you will thoroughly enjoy your visit.

We stayed here while renovating our bathroom and ended up having to extend our stay two nights. Tina responded to the request immediately, as she did with all other questions/messages. The home was so thoughtfully decorated and we felt at home immediately! We did not bring our dog, but the place is perfectly suited to pets - clean quilts over every living room seat. It was the cleanest bnb I have ever stayed at - I dropped something sticky on the bathroom floor and there wasn't a SPECK of dirt on the adhesive. It was so thoughtfully stocked, and we had access to everything we needed. You're close to the interstate but it's still very quiet in a residential area. The entrance may be difficult for people with mobility concerns due to a few stairs. We loved our stay at Tina's and strongly recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in Pensacola!

My sister and I have stayed here several times. It’s our favorite place to stay in Pensacola! It’s comfortable, a great location, it’s always decorated cute, and the host is super easy to communicate with.

We have stayed here multiple times and it is a fantastic property to get together with friends and family. Spacious bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, theater room, and bar. It is walking distance to restaurants and bars. It has plenty of space to entertain, relax, and play board games.

Like always, it's like a dream to stay in this cozy little house with it's wonderful intimity! Shawna is like always an amazing Host!

We came to Pensacola for the Snow Ball Derby at Five Flags Racetrack. This home was conveniently located. We book trips several times a year and this one was hands down the cleanest we have stayed in. Lots of room for our group!! Very welcoming and felt like home. The Host were great during booking and very responsive. Im sure they would have been accommodating during our stay, but I had no need to reach out for any reason. All the starting necessities were there. Great experience at this rental!! Highly Recommend!!

Amber was a great host and the place was very nice. We loved the house. It was stocked with all of the essentials. We really liked how close it was to the base as we were only there to visit my younger brother. We had drove his car from Colorado and asked if we could check in early, Amber was very responsive and allowed us to check in at noon which was amazing. The extra lighting throughout the house was pretty cool and the patio was nice to sit and hangout. It was pretty close to a lot of activities if you have your own car but if you’re using ride shares to get around I can imagine it would get kind of expensive. We really enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely be staying again if we get the chance.
