Sea Breeze Retreat - Navarre

First, please enjoy the property as your own. 1. No loud music. Please no music outside after 9:00 pm. 2. Guest can generally bring a small speaker and have no problems, but loud music is enforced by HOA. 3. Total guests allowed is 8 and there is an additional $29 per person per day if you exceed the maximum. of 8. 4. No parties what so ever. 5. No animals are allowed. 6. Checkin time is 4:00pm, with checkout at 10:00 am. I do allow early checkin if the unit was not rented back to back, just message me to confirm. 7. Please clean all dishes on your last day. If you can start the dish washer before leaving the Retreat, that would be awesome. 8. The property does not allow smoking inside and there is a $275 cleaning fee if anyone smokes inside. 9. Pets are not allowed at the property and there is a $150 cleaning fee for any pet brought on to the premises. 10. Any items left after checkout will be discarded. 11. Late checkout is $40 for an additional hour only upon approval. Since the unit is rented all the time, guests need to check out on time and will be charged an additional day at the daily rate $325 and cleaning fee of $145 if they have not vacated the unit within two hours of the scheduled checkout time of 10:00 am. All extended checkouts require advance approval because the retreat is booked back to back on many dates. Refusal to leave on scheduled date without prior knowledge will result in a $325 daily rate and cleaning fee of $145. 12. There are no trailers, RVs, boats, allowed to park in the parking spot and if a guest violates this will automatically be charged $100. The owner does not allow, trailers, RVs, Boats or any large work vehicles. 13.Only two vehicles allowed to park on the street. There is a garage and one spot in the driveway.
