We are Chris & Kristina. We're not a big company- managing dozens of properties- we only manage our own and we truly care about our guests' experience from the time of booking to heading home.



Chris was born in Mississippi. He is a retired Air Force Chaplain who loves real estate and adventure and I, Kristina, am from the beautiful state of Minnesota. I will most likely answer any questions you have as I work from home surrounded by our three wonderful children and our golden retriever.
