Exterior:

The home features a non-ADA compliant elevator that goes to all floors. This makes getting your luggage and groceries inside, a breeze! Near the stairs, there is a grilling area that has a picnic table and a gas grille with provided bottles. A tiki bar separates this area from the pool with seating on both sides. Under the home, there is a Grizzl-E Level 2 EV charger and a 6-seat golf cart for your use. Don't forget to take your selfies and family photos in front of the "social media" wall!

The outdoor entertainment area includes a 5' deep, private saltwater pool, an 8-seat table with large umbrella, a kids picnic table, 4 comfortable lounge chairs, a putting green and an outdoor shower.

There is enough parking for 6 vehicles, 4 in the driveway and 2 under the house.

Interior:

The main floor of Sun of A Beach SC boasts a comfortable living area with a Smart TV, cable, fast WIFI, a well-equipped kitchen to prepare those gourmet meals, and a dining area that seats 8 people at a large table and 4 people at the counter. There is access to the covered balcony, just off of the living area with outdoor seating. Down the hall from the kitchen is a bedroom with a king bed and an in-suite bathroom. Another unique feature of this home is a game room that is ready for your fun filled enjoyment! The room includes a foosball table, Marvel Pinball, NBA Jam, Mortal Kombat, and PacMan arcade games. The second floor includes 4 bedrooms, 4 bath, and the laundry room.

The tastefully decorated bedrooms can sleep 12 comfortably and have all new linens that are included. 2 bedrooms have balcony access, and 4 bedrooms have in-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have Smart TVs and the bunk room has a gaming console.

*Rental agreement must be signed after booking is approved. The agreement is hosted on OwnerRez, an external property management program.

*The pool heater/chiller is subject to outdoor temperatures.

*No smoking inside of the home. There will be a $500 fee added plus any other additional damages.

* Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

* There are 2 security cameras in the carport area, for security purposes only. One faces the street and the other towards the rear of the home. Disabling or obstructing the view of the cameras is prohibited. Any tampering may result in eviction without a refund.

*We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. We will be firm on our cancellation policy, so plan accordingly. Will make an exception, if there is a mandatory evacuation.
