The second master has a queen bed, bright updated new bedding, a 50" HD Smart TV, tiled tub/shower combination en suite bath with large granite top vanity.

The third master suite has a queen bed with fun beachy bedding, 42" HD Smart TV, huge tiled shower en suite bath with large granite top vanity.

This is the perfect destination for your family vacation - 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, covered parking, GATED ENTRANCE, with 24 hour Security. The beach is just 12 steps away off the pool deck!

Bed linens, bath towels, WiFi, and secure gated parking are provided to our guest as a courtesy at no extra charge. Guest are also provided with a starter pack of toilet tissue, additional paper products and toiletries are guest responsibility.

One Ocean Place is an oceanfront residential condominium building in a family friendly neighborhood.

A signed rental agreement, current photo ID, refundable security deposit and full payment are required before property access codes are released. Security deposit is refunded pending satisfactory check out which includes completion of departure checklist.

We suggest guest purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances as host is not a licensed insurance provider.
