Horry County vacation rentals

This condo was beautiful! It had wonderful views of the beach. The porch was great. Very accommodating for a family, especially with toddlers/infants. Already childproof (corner pads on furniture). There were plenty of beach toys, 2 beach umbrellas, several nice beach chairs provided! The laundry room was amazing! Very nice, owner provided detergent and dryer sheets. The condo itself was very clean. The kitchen had all the basics, nice big refrigerator with filtered water! There was a Keurig single coffee maker which is a bonus! Only wish we had a box fan for the back room with the queen bed- (easily could have brought one). The condo building was very well kept, CLEAN, great pool, not overly crowded. The beach was very crowded. The only downside (which the owners can't control) was very large/loud fireworks almost every night (illegally set off by people at the beach right in front of the condo) around 10pm-12:30pm. Waking up my baby and toddler. There was a public beach access right next to the condo which is why I am guessing we were the hot spot for fireworks. This would probably be a perk for most families without little ones. :) Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Excellent location. Near several great restaurants, walmart/kroger within 5 minutes. The owner had excellent communication and I agree this is a 5 star stay. We will be looking to book in the future!

Myself and some friends had a wonderful stay at Michelle and Family's nice beach home. This was my first time using Vrbo and Michelle made it very easy to communicate the logistics and payment ahead of time before our planned stay. Michelle was very helpful and prompt with answering all of my questions. Upon our arrival, the home was very clean and as advertised (actually looked better in person). The location of the home was very close to the hotel amenities, beach access, and the neighborhood was clean, quiet, and felt very safe. The location of the house was very close to a lot of places we had planned. The home was well equipped with all of the amenities as described which made the stay even more nice which put us at ease. We encountered a clogged garbage disposal and tub- but not a problem at all. I was able to immediately communicate those concerns to Michelle and she immediately had maintenance come over to resolve quickly the issues which didn't slow us down one bit. Our quick vacation was so nice at North Myrtle and staying at the Ratoon's residence was the cherry on top. Would definitely recommend and look forward to booking in the future. It was such a pleasure to work with a family that takes pride in sharing their home for others to enjoy.

When we arrived, the property was completely ready for us and very clean! The house is very nice. The beds were very good. There were nice flat screen TVs in every bedroom and in the living area. There is a full kitchen which is very nice and very well equipped. There was a gate at the top of the stairs on the top floor which was easily opened and closed, a very nice touch if you have a pet or a small child. There were very nice touches in the decor throughout the house. The house is only two blocks from the beach, and there are numerous places to access the beach, so that was good. The spacious backyard with pool is outstanding & our favorite part! The pool is beautiful and a good size. It was also very clean. The pool maintenance guys came by twice to keep the pool in tiptop shape during the week we were there! The backyard is completely fenced in which was great for our dog. He loved it and we did too! There is also a very nice deck on the top floor overlooking the backyard. The property and the owner, Jody, are very dog friendly. Speaking of Jody, she was a pleasure to deal with. She anticipated and informed us ahead of time with almost all of the things we would need to know and the questions we would have. Whenever we did need to contact her, she was quick and thorough in her response. She is rated as a premier host, and she deserves every bit of that! She is really focused on providing an excellent experience for her guests, and that is what she did for us!

We selected Namast'ay at the Beach to celebrate our anniversary. We were not disappointed, and it didn't take long for us to realize that we made the right choice! We were greeted by the room's noticeable cleanliness and attractive decor! One thing that definitely stood out, was the absence of obstacles in the room. It was a straight path from the entry of the unit to the private patio from where we could enjoy a beautiful sunrise in the morning! The bed was very comfortable, and we were assured a good night's sleep after a long day at the beach! Tina's communication before, during, and after our stay was on point, as she communicated all of our needs without having to bombard her with questions! Her recommendation of Blueberry's Grill for breakfast shouldn't be taken lightly, as we enjoyed a great meal with exceptional service! Overall, for my wife and I, this was the perfect place to celebrate the next milestone in our journey together! Our best wishes for Tina and Tony!

This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a condo in Myrtle Beach. The Barefoot Resort area is just wonderful. The condo was extremely clean and had a great comfortable beachy feel to it with a pleasant view of the golf course from the master bedroom, living room and screened in porch. In general it felt more like being at home rather than a vacation rental. If you're looking to cook your meals in the condo, the kitchen was fully stocked with possibly anything you might need minus the food of course. The condo was just filled with little extras all around it to make your visit better. Even phone charger cables all ready to be used. There was even a pumpkin pie waiting for us in the refrigerator since we stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. Details like this makes this place stand out and shine among the numerous vacation rentals in the area. Check in and check out was a breeze. Our host/owner was so helpful and friendly and made everything so simple. She was extremely fast to respond to any inquiry we might have for her. She is the best. I would highly recommend staying at this vacation rental and we're already looking forward to our next visit. You won't be disappointed.

We had a quick one night stay in N Myrtle Beach to take our son to the Alligator Adventure Park. We brought zero items to go to the beach but after seeing what a short walk it was from the property we walked down and spent a few hours there that evening. Property was clean and nicely decorated. A lot of pet friendly properties you just know to lower your expectations a little but I didn’t feel like that was the case here, we were pleasantly surprised. Communications were always quick and thorough. Would gladly stay here again.

The highlight for us was definitely the stunning view from the Oceanside balcony — nothing beats waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee while looking out over the water. The apartment itself was a perfect balance of spacious and thoughtfully compact, with everything we needed right at our fingertips. The bathroom was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better — literally steps from the beach with private access, which made it feel like our own personal paradise. There were tons of great amenities as well, including a super fun game room that we really enjoyed. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway close to Broadway shoppes, short driving distance to North Myrtle, and so many entertainment and dining venues. Michelle and Dennis’ place was absolutely beautiful! Michelle was always very responsive and so kind. Exactly as pictured, easy access to beach and pool, very quiet and peaceful! Since the listing is privately owned you can’t use the restaurant on site or the tiki bar by pool which wasn’t an issue for us. If you’re looking to cook a meal for the family you’ll have pretty much everything you need! Three things I’d mention for guests to be cognizant of: 1) There is an odor in main room, but nowhere else. I genuinely believe it’s an issue with the hotel as other guests at the resort mentioned it as well. The place was spotless so it’s clearly not a cleanliness issue. A candle or fabric freshener and you’ll be alright. 2) The Murphy bed won’t work for children under 40lbs as the spring won’t allow it to stay on the ground lol. 3) Listen when she says the water is finicky, don’t let littles use without supervision. Overall 10/10 would recommend Sandy Seashells rain or shine!!! ☀️🌊
