This ski-in unit is on the quiet side of 'Grand Sierra Lodge', the nicest and newest of the 3 buildings in The Village. This unit is just 1 of 4 oversized units in the Village! It is facing Forest Trail, overlooking the main entrance to The Village, and has a nice view of the mountains and ski-back trail.

Please note that this actually in "The Village Lodge" and is not simply a condo complex across the street or a couple blocks away as many others advertise! TOT Cert. #9080-0001

House Rules

We love to rent to families! We will consider other groups on a case-by-case basis. No parties are allowed and there are strict occupancy limits. No smoking is allowed. Pets are not allowed unless we have made special arrangements for you in writing. There is one parking spots in the covered garage. The renter will be completely responsible for the property, is required to follow all House Rules and to agree to a separate rental/usage agreement.No smokingNo petsNo parties or events Check-in is anytime after 5:00 PM

Payment Policy

I can accept Zelle, Venmo, electronic bank transfers/wires and with enough time, personal checks for no fee. PayPal and most credit cards are accepted for a 3% CC fee through Stripe.

Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get a full refund of 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get a 50% refund. There is no refund for cancellations with less than 30 days before the arrival date.

Notes

There are three Lodges nestled in the heart of The Village at Mammoth, their architecture adding to the European mountain village flair. From any of them, you have access to the many shops and restaurants The Village boasts throughout the open air plaza, without needing any form of transportation except your own two feet! You will feel transported back to a more relaxed time, without sacrificing any of the amenities of modern life. Many of the restaurants have outdoor seating areas year-round, allowing a wonderful opportunity for people watching. In the winter season you will see all sorts of skiers and snowboarders passing by as they go from their lodging to the gondola for access to the Canyon Lodge and lifts. Scattered throughout The Village are fire pits for warmth and atmosphere. Saturdays, children gather for 'Stories and S'mores' around the fire. In warm weather, you can bask in the sun and enjoy the events scheduled in the central plaza. I suggest that guests purchase their own travel insurance if there is any chance you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.
