This 5 bedroom 3 bath unit was just completely renovated with a modern rustic vibe, elegant yet family-friendly finishes, spa-like amenities, and entertainment options to keep all ages smiling! It is located a short walk to the Canyon Lodge lifts and summer entertainment. With the option to take the Gondola to the Village for shopping (seasonal), apres ski, and restaurants, you'll have no need for a car.

Wake up to an unobstructed view of the snow-covered mountains, the ski slopes, and the gondola silently passing overhead. Enjoy your morning coffee at the built-in coffee center while exploring the wall map to plan out your ski day. Drop your gear in our lockers at Canyon lodge and walk home for lunch waiting in the crockpot before heading out for a peaceful afternoon of snowshoeing (provided). Decompress in your private steam room or relax by the fire with a cocktail made at the bar and a game on the poker table. The kiddos will have fun sledding on the hills just out the door or playing in the pool and game room at the recreation center a few steps away. The possibilities are endless.

We are in an ideal no-car-needed once you get here location. Walk to the slopes, take the gondola to the village in the winter, take the year-round bus from the end of the driveway to Old Mammoth or anywhere else around town. Its about a 15 minute walk to the Village if you'd rather. Walk to the town trail system. We have parking for up to 3 vehicles right in front of the unit. The recreation center is very close, about 150 feet out the door. That's also where you will find 4 tier-2 EV charging stations.

Note: The Village Gondola has the same operating hours and season as Mammoth Mountain’s Canyon Lodge. After the Village Gondola closes for the day or for the winter season, there is a free bus at the end of the driveway that takes you directly to the Village at Mammoth. You can also ski from Canyon Lodge down to the Village using the Ski Back Trail and take the Gondola or bus from the Village back up to Canyon.
