For your convenience and comfort, this split air-conditioned unit has an open floor plan with a kitchenette that is equipped with a mini-fridge, a double burner hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils.

We upgraded our A/C to SPLIT A/C, it is much more quiet and powerful than the common and mostly used window A/C's that you will find in other units. You will love our split A/C to cool the room during the hot season!

The room has 1 queen size bed, 1 queen size sleeper sofa and a high end 55" 4K smart flat screen TV with cable and high speed WiFi internet (300/300). We have also a dining table for 4 persons and a ceiling fan.

The full bathroom is with bathtub & shower with multifunction showerhead.

All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided. You also have easy access to laundry facilities which are located on the 3rd floor.

Our condo has free wireless high-speed internet.

This unit has a “step-out balcony”, to enjoy the beautiful views.

Parking in the building is available for $30 per day, payable directly at the parking machine at the entrance of the parking garage after you drive up the ramp. Please have always your ticket visible in the car as your car might get towed if not.

There is a beautiful roof top recreation deck on the 34th floor that offers pool, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna, with a fabulous ocean view.
