There is a separate laundry room with a front load washer and dryer, a two car garage and a screened in Lanai that is furnished with comfortable cushioned patio furniture and a dining table. A gas grill is also provided. The living room is furnished with a comfortable reclining leather furniture, a love seat and a 60'" smart TV that has a full cable package, with DVR. Internet and wifi are also included. 2 car garage (1 space for golf cart) This home is close to several pools, golf courses and recreational centers where you will enjoy tennis, pickle ball, horseshoe pits, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, billiards and meeting rooms for clubs and activities. There are also 12 championship(18 hole) golf courses that are accessible for an additional fee.
