There is a separate laundry room, a two car garage(1 space for golf cart) and a screened in birdcage patio with a comfortable love seat, chairs and a patio table set for four. A gas grill is also provided. The living room is furnished with comfortable leather reclining furniture, a chaise lounge and a 65"smart TV with full cable package, internet and wifi. This home is in a quiet neighborhood with no through traffic. This home is 1 block from the neighborhood pool and a couple of minutes golf cart ride to one of many recreation centers where you can enjoy tennis, pickle ball, horseshoe pits, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, billiards and meeting rooms for clubs and activities. Come enjoy the 42 executive golf courses(9 hole) where your golfing is included with your $50/2people Temporary Resident ID's that are purchase from The Villages. There are also 12 championship golf courses(18 hole) that are accessible for an additional fee.
