Centrally located in the Villages, BUT only a 5 minute cart ride to Lake Sumter Square where you can check out the daily and nightly activities. Only 20 mins away from Brownwood Square. A block away from Coconut Cove Rec Center with a ton of activities & pool! The Villages has over 70 Golf courses and 120 pools! More private than most, backs up to open space!
