The Villages vacation rentals

Stayed here four nights. Quiet, walkable neighborhood. Cute, fenced in back yard beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed relaxing in the screened in patio. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Nice strong shower. The TV is huge. My husband said, “These people know how to do it right!”. Nice having a golf car available but we did not have an opportunity to use it. Easy to reach microwave over the stove which is important to someone who is 5’2”. The light switches are labeled - so helpful. Thoughtful touches everywhere such as having two alarm clocks - one on each side of the master bed. Great communication with owner - she reached out after we checked in to make sure all was well. Thank you, Lisa, for sharing your villa with us. We had a great time in The villages!

My wife and I spent a wonderful month and a half at Magnolia and LOVED it! We had visited The Villages previously and knew we wanted to stay close to Sumter Landing and all the great golf courses close by. We were only a 10 minute walk away from the Starbucks at Sumter Landing for the early morning start! The best Championship and Executive courses were all within a normal 15-20 minute cart ride - max! The adult pool was less than a 5 minute walk and the family pool was literally a 10 minute walk - very quick by cart when we packed snacks, drinks etc. Magnolia seemed to have EVERYTHING we needed. In fact there were things we packed that we didn’t need to bring. Coolers, folding chairs, pool noodles, “to-go” cups, sandwich bags, … you name it, Lisa stocked Magnolia with it. They even had the shopping bag attachment for the golf cart (where the golf clubs usually go) for those times when we went grocery shopping with the golf cart. The house was very comfortable with an incredible TV (for those games I couldn’t miss) with the most comfortable power reclining seats! The space is generous and worked well with plenty of room. Lisa is an EXCELLENT communicator and answered any questions we had almost instantly. We were lucky and got to meet her husband Greg who came by to do some landscaping. It was another “personal touch” that showed they truly care about their property and genuinely treat it with care. The property, their attention to detail and their genuine support to make sure our stay was great just made things so comfortable. We will definitely consider staying at Magnolia or another of Lisa and Greg’s properties in the future when we return to The Villages”.

We originally chose this property for it close proximity to Lake Sumter Landing and it came with a golf cart. We also had another couple sharing the house with us so we were looking for a floor plan that had some privacy, if needed. The property owner communicated with us before arrival to make sure there were no questions. Upon arrival it was a breeze to access the house and enjoy the immaculate, wonderfully appointed environment. We found as we make this house our home, away from home, That things you needed in each of the rooms were where I would have placed them. From the utensils in the kitchen, HDTV Wi-Fi internet access and seating in the main room, the seating inside and outside of the lanai to name a few. We love to use the Golf cart to go exploring on the trails and visit the local squares, it was extremely comfortable and safe. To rap things up we loved the house just the way it was and would look forward to making it our home again the next time we come for a visit to The Villages.

The villa was beautiful inside and out. The inside was freshly painted and beautifully decorated. The landscaping in the rear yard was lovely and really relaxing to look at from the villa or out on the well appointed screened-in lanai, which can be accessed from both the living room and the owner's suite. The owners gave particular attention to the details by labeling all the backlit light switches, which is great because there are a lot of switches, and leaving instruction labels for some things like operating the guest bath tub, the trash schedule right on the trash van, etc. these things seem trivial until you can't remember what days the trash needs to go out. lol. the owner's suite bathroom has a nice walk-in shower with lots of shelves for your products, and the whole home is well lit, but also offers lamps in the LR and both bedrooms for softer light in the evenings. The kitchen was well appointed and had all the little things we needed like measuring cups or a wine bottle opener or a toaster or crock pot. But the villa isn't the only thing great about the property. The location is perfect, and an easy 10 minute walk to Lake Sumter Landing, the middle square of The Villages. The villa is also about 5 minutes' walk to the neighborhood pool, and another 5 minute walk from the pool to the neighborhood rec center and pickleball courts. Plus, the location is perfect for walkers and joggers. But if you don't want to walk, the villa comes with a new golf cart that can get you anywhere in The VIllages fast. We would rent this villa again. It is just lovely.

What an incredible place to stay at. Driving through the golf course and then seeing the impeccably well maintained inside. You couldn't ask for much more. Well stocked and comfortable. You'll be happy you chose to stay here
