Stayed for a water polo camp- we were here for 6 nights. Was fantastic! Great hospitality easy check in and check out. I appreciate that there was NOT a long list of chores to do before check out! Thank you for that! If we come back to Orlando for another tournament/ camp/ skills training- we will stay again!

Michelle and her team were great, quick and responsive. The area was hard to beat, a block from downtown Sanford shops and restaurants. The breweries can be a bit loud on Friday and Saturday nights with live music playing, but it didn't really bother us much and definitely didn't keep anyone from sleeping. We did have a slight issue with the floors being a little dirty, no visible debris, but our white socks turned black. Michelle quickly sent over supplies so we could clean along with a special treat for the kiddos. The neighborhood is a little run down, but the neighbors themselves were quiet, and friendly. If you do stay check out El Coqui Bakery down the street, their empanadas and pastries are amazing!! There's also a really nice kids park near on the "riverwalk" next to the lake. All in all we would definitely stay here or with Michelle and her team again!
