Use this Villa as if it were your own. There are over 40 golf course in the over 42 square miles of The Villages. Just a two minute walk to the Rec Center and pool of Sea Breeze. There are over 80 different pools in the villages to get out of the heat, along with over 2,000 activities set up every week that includes live entertainment, dancing, polo matches, tennis, pickle ball and many more that you have access to as long as you use your guest pass. For the guest pass we would just need your drivers license or photo id before you stay so we can you sign in. The passes are just $50 for two people payable to the villages.

To access the free golf, all the pools and rec centers, you will need a guest pass. All we would need is your name and address as it appears on your License or picture ID.

The Villages charges $50 for that guest pass for you and your guests during the entirety of your stay. The payment is made directly to The Villages. For all other entertainment, besides just taking cart rides around the beautiful landscape of The Villages, you can go to any of the 3 Town Squares in the property. You will be located in the perfect spot, only a 10 minute cart ride for two of those squares, Lake Sumter and Brownwood. The squares have everything you need, shops, restaurant and bars, supermarkets, movie theaters and best of all 365 nights of Live Entertainment! You do not need the guest passes for the Town Squares.
