☀ There are two sets of 7 steps with a landing in between. There is no elevator
☀ Residential neighborhood some owners have pets in the complex.
☀ The beach is about 15 minutes away.
☀ Close to everything you will need for your trip. Publix and Walgreens less than a mile away. Multiple shopping and dining options on Hwy 501
☀ Maximum of 4 adults allowed. Children after 4 adults can be considered.

The TV in the living room is a smart TV, providing basic cable as well as access to various online streaming services. The other three TVs are equipped with basic cable, if desired, individuals have the option to bring their own Roku or Firestick devices to enhance their viewing experience with additional streaming capabilities. Master Bed now has Roku as well.
