There is a sunroom that looks out on the water and a deck with a retractable awning. There is a game room in the basement where you can enjoy ping pong, foosball, and board games as you take in the beauty of the lake or enjoy a nice fire in the fireplace when the weather is cool. There is a fireplace upstairs and downstairs and one in the master bedroom.

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen comes with the highest quality luxury appliances: Miele Dishwasher, induction glass stove top, prep sink, double ovens, and plenty of custom cabinet space that connects to the soaring two-story family room with sweeping views of the best vista on the entire lake.

The family room has direct access to the back deck (with remote-controlled awning) and includes a Brick gas fireplace for cool nights, a 70" TV, a 10 seat dining table, and enough extra space for an impromptu dance party or two.

Check-in would be with the security guard at the gated entrance. There is plenty of parking in the House. Fortunately, the property lots 4 car parking.

It is not an ocean, it is a lake and there are several beaches within the area of the lake for those people staying at the lake as well as several pools that can be used.


The beaches the golf course the clubhouse and the equestrian center are available to anybody who has access to the lake as this is a gated community. There are two pool passes. But extra guest passes can be obtained. The house has easy access to the water and the cove is such that swimming and paddleboat etc is amazing right there. It is great to sit on the dock as the kids play in the water or jump in and have a swim with them.
