Close to exceptional restaurants in Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs. Kids and adults alike will enjoy a short trolly ride or easy bike ride to the tourist district/Fort Myers Beach Town Center. The location of this home offers a short walk to scenic and peaceful bay beaches, and easy access to FMB town center - the best of both worlds to get the most out of your vacation. Please note that the Island is still suffering the impacts of the devastation of Ian.

This is in a studio apartment. You have complete and private access to the first floor studio apartment. The pool and spa are shared with the other units. If you need more space, you can also rent all three units together and get access to the entire home (5 bedrooms and bathrooms and pool all to yourself). Contact me for more information.

Fort Myers Beach is defined by its miles and miles of crystal-white beaches and thick Florida foliage. You can access most of the area by bike or take the Trolley. We live right on Estero Blvd that carries you through the bulk of Estero Island, with Bowditch Point Park at the northern point and Lovers Key State Park at the southern point. We are super close the Lovers Key State Park
The beach is a 0.5 mile walk. Plenty of restaurants within 1 to 2 miles. The fishing pier is 5.6 miles. Lovers key State Park 2.7 miles.

Fort Myers Beach, fl, is a laid-back paradise on a seven-mile barrier island in Southwest Florida. Estero Blvd is the main street that runs along the gulf sandy beaches. Visitors can enjoy the old Florida feel of the town, with its outdoor restaurants, shops, and festivals. The town was hit by a category 4 hurricane in 2022 and is still recovering from the impacts.
