House is a beautiful, freshly remodeled, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, non-smoking home with two kitchens. House is located at the north end of the island near Times Square, the new Margaritaville Resort, and the popular downtown and Bayside Park areas. Our house sleeps 12 excluding an inflatable twin mattress and the pack-n-play. No more than 13 guests can be accommodated due to fire code, no exceptions.

House is fully equipped - towels, linens, soap, shampoo, etc. are provided.

You'll find the outdoor space as nice as anything you'll find on the island. Your outdoor oasis and over-sized, heated pool are ready for you to enjoy. We're told that the pool is the largest private pool on the island and is heated to a constant 83 degrees (pool will be warmer than that from May-October as we don't cool it). Beach chairs, pub tables, outdoor grill are all ready for your use.

Free Wi-Fi. Xfinity high def cable with more than 140 channels and the extra sports package. All bedrooms include wall mounted, HD TVs with cable (4 of 5 with smart TVs).

You're going to find more than you expect - certainly more than you'll find in most vacation rentals. We have a pack-n-play, highchair, booster seat. We have two high capacity washing machines and two dryers. We have hair dryers in each bathroom plus a hair straightener in one bathroom. Far too much for us to list everything included in this space.

Notice to guests: Southern Serenity has outdoor security cameras. They are not concealed and clearly visible. They are for security purposes only. There are no concealed cameras and no cameras inside the home.
