We are please to announce that we have completed the renovations of our beach house post Ian. All of the pictures on this listing are post storm. Vacation and relax poolside across the street from the beach and nature preserve. The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom have been remodeled. White sand beach access is .2 miles to the north, and Lover’s Key state park (now open!) is .5 miles to the south. Publix is open and 3 miles away. Close to exceptional restaurants in Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs. Kids and adults alike will enjoy a short trolly ride or easy bike ride to the tourist district/Fort Myers Beach Town Center. The location of this home offers a short walk to scenic and peaceful bay beaches, and easy access to FMB town center - the best of both worlds to get the most out of your vacation. Please note that the Island is still suffering the impacts of the devastation of Ian.

The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a super comfy king size bed with soft linens.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans for any meal, a blender, ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher and all the other essentials for a great meal after a day at the beach.
