Note about building construction.

Our condo is fully renovated and ready to welcome you! Please note, however, that construction is ongoing in other parts of the building. You may hear some noise during the day as work progresses.

The building’s atrium is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. Additionally, new tennis and pickleball courts are being built, with completion anticipated by the end of 2026.

In the meantime, enjoy your stay in our beautifully renovated condo with breathtaking views of Barefoot Beach, Bonita Bay, and Sanibel Island.
